Either ways, let’s tell you a little bit more about them 😉

Peace Abosede

Those who love rich and genuine afro sound would be great admirers of the works of Abosede. A singer, songwriter, recording and performing artist.

Abosede has been able to use her musical piece to express and tell amazing relatable stories. More to that is how she describes her music as “what speaks for her when her words failed”

Peace had the opportunity to launch her musical career while studying in the University. She has written and performed beautiful and unique musical pieces including a few tracks in #Citationthemovie. Her strength in musical flexibility and versatility is one to be admired.

Kent Edunjobi

Kent is what we’d love to call a jack of all music genre for his music versatility is top notch. Born in the 80s, he began his music career at a tender age as a member of the choir, where he presently is the music director. His love for percussion spurred his interest in going beyond singing at a young age; thus began his foray into playing musical instruments, singing and producing music.

Having released over 20 singles which cut across genres as jazz, folk and RnB, Kent has written and produced the soundtracks on several of our projects like Mokalik, Roti, The Bridge, Omugwo, The Tribunal, Diamond in the Sky, Hakkunde and the Netflix Original movie, Citation.

He is vast and prolific on the piano, bass, acoustic guitar and drums. A lover of African and Jazz music, his music is an expression of a fusion of contemporary African folk music with RnB and a touch of Jazz; lyrically rich, funny and also inspiring.

Kofo Wonder

This legend right here is not only a master of the talking-drum, but he is an innovator, singer and composer. His expertise with the talking drum earned him his nick name “The Wonderman” because he is one of the world’s foremost talking drum players.

Originating from a family whose roots are in percussion, Kofo has collaborated with different prominent artistes like Babatunde Olatunji and Little Steven of Bruce Springsteen fame. He was also one of the pivotal forces behind Majek Fashek’s stellar “Spirit of Love” and led a group of 12 talking drummers in a performance at the Alice Tully Hall in Lincoln Center, during the Spirit of the Drum Badanya ’99.

 Over the years Kofo has taken his mastery of the talking drum to new levels. He actually plays chords with his talking drum, can run an entire scale with his instrument and as a result, has been renowned for his unique style and playing.
