After a grueling 21 days on set, under scorching heat, some minor mishaps, dry weather and a whole lot of blessings, director Kunle Afolayan finally yelled “It’s a wrap!” and the entire cast and crew of IJOGBON broke into whoops for joy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There was a collective air of relief and everyone yelled in excitement as red cups were passed around. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

IJOGBON is the 3rd<\/sup> of Kunle Afolayan\u2019s partnership deal with NETFLIX. The film promises to take you on a thrilling adventure journey that will keep you on the edge of your seat, from the very first scene. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The movie is set in Igbojaye\/Komu\/Bab\u2019ode in Oyo State, and tells the story of 4 teenagers; JAMIU, RANTI, OBY, and OMOOBA who find themselves in a series of unfortunate events, when they happen on some diamonds.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Filming for Ijogbon was intense, but the cast and crew worked tirelessly, all hands on deck to ensure a smooth production process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With director Kunle Afolayan, once the work is done, it is time to party. And no one is left out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the 7th<\/sup> of February 2023, the last day of filming for Ijogbon, a wrap party was hosted by the director at KAP Film Village and Resort<\/a> in Igbojaye, for the entire cast and crew.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Firstly, the essence of the wrap party was to celebrate the collaboration and success of the shoot in general. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Secondly, to commend the effort of the production team; From makeup, to costume, welfare, hospitality, props, production assistants, everyone <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thirdly, to commend the actors for their patience, time and professionalism. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
