Canadian Deputy High Commissioner – His Excellency, Teshome Nkrumah, and Trade Commissioner; Creative Industry, Temitayo Dada on Wednesday 13th July 2022, visited KAP Hub.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Chief Mrs. Taiwo Taiwo the Chairman, Lexham Investment- Owners of Shonny Investment and Property Company Ltd. with over 45 years of experience both in and outside of Nigeria, covering the commercial and residential markets, who is also the founding and immediate past Chairman of the acclaimed secondary school, Atlantic Hall, a co-educational non-profit secondary school as well as the Founding Chairman and trustee of Lagos Millennium Group on the Environment, was also present for the visit.<\/p>\n\n\n

The friendly visit saw them take a tour around the facility but first, upon arrival they had a little chat with Director – Kunle Afolayan. His Excellency, Teshome Nkrumah talked about how impressed he is about the quality of work being done by Kunle Afolayan; telling the African story to Africans and the world at large beautifully and excellently.<\/p>\n\n\n

He talked about how the valued work being done is a commendable way of giving back to society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The facility tour saw them take a tour from the Editing Bay to the Sound Studio, Conference room, Ire Clothing, Keke Bar, Stage Sound Studio, Classrooms, Ehinkule Bar, Afefeyeye Restaurant and Bar, and finally, KAP Cinemas where they saw clips of the ongoing work at KAP Film Village and Resorts and a preview of Anikulapo; a work in progress.<\/p>\n\n\n

After a few more appraisals, His Excellency met with members of KAP – Hub staff and on a final note, appraised the work they\u2019ve done and are doing and encouraged them to not relent because their efforts might look small individually but their part must be played as it is a defining part of the larger picture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After these, pictures were taken with the staff and, His Excellency Teshome Nkrumah bade us farewell.<\/p>\n\n\n
