KAP Film & Television Academy Partners with GIZ Center for Migration & Development for Advanced Video Editing & Sound Design Program

We are thrilled to announce an exciting new partnership between KAP Film and Television Academy and the GIZ Center for Migration and Development.

This collaboration is set to offer a FREE advanced video editing and sound design program, exclusively designed for talented individuals looking to sharpen their skills and take their craft to the next level.

These in-demand video editing and sound design skills are in high demand worldwide and the training will open doors for the participants locally, regionally, and beyond.

Upon completion, participants can join the alumni community for professional growth and networking with other creatives.

The Academy will seek and notify participants of opportunities and may assist with applications. Support is a privilege, not an obligation.

The program will run for 15 days at the KAP Hub in Ikeja, starting from October 2nd. It is an intensive, project-based course aimed at professionals and experienced creators, not beginners.

With a focus on practical application, this program will allow participants to work on real-world projects, honing their skills in a collaborative environment.

We are offering 30 spots—15 in Video Editing and 15 in Sound Design. Each participant will be selected based on their previous work and experience.
