Kunle Afolayan Unveiled as Jury President of FESPACO ’23
Multiple award winning film maker, and CEO of KAP group of companies, Kunle Afolayan has been announced as the Jury President of The 2023 Pan African Film and Television Festival of Ouagadougou – (FESPACO)

The prestigious Festival Panafricain du Cinéma de Ouagadougou (FESPACO) was founded in 1969.
It is an internationally recognized festival that attracts film enthusiasts from around the world.
They gather to celebrate contemporary films largely produced in Africa, by Africans.
Kunle Afolayan has been awarded the position of Jury President, because of his outstanding works in African entertainment.
Furthermore, as jury president, he presides over the decisions of the other jury members.
FESPACO GENERAL DELEGATION UNVEILS OFFICIAL SELECTION OF 28TH EDITION OF FILM FESTIVAL
The FESPACO General Delegation, with director Kunle Afolayan at the lead, has unveiled it’s official selection for it’s 28th edition.
Eight personalities from cinemas of Africa and the Diaspora selected the films and their distribution into different sections.

In FESPACO 2021, Kunle Afolayan screened his movie CITATION to large applause’
The event was well attended by a distinguished audience of African filmmakers, and workers in the creative and entertainment industry.
Film festivals give opportunities to new film makers to display their talents and improve themselves.
Furthermore, they are a great source of information and entertainment, feedback, networking and tourism by the host country.
This year, the Festival will hold from Saturday, February 25 to Saturday, March 4, 2023.
KUNLE AFOLAYAN SET TO HOST SPECIAL RECEPTION FOR FILMMAKERS AT FESPACO ’23
KAP HUB Group of Companies under the directorship of Kunle Afolayan, is set to host a special reception for film makers this year as they did in 2021.
The dinner promises to be a fun and relaxing networking experience. More details will be announced soon.
