All that went down at our CEO’s Surprise Birthday Party at KAP Hub
The 30th of September was memorable and I must say, it was quite emotional too.
To celebrate our CEO’s birthday, the entire team at KAP Hub hosted him to a surprise birthday party at the hub. Trust us when we say he was more than surprised!
It all started with different chants from the famous cultural crusader, Mama Oriki. Her transition from Yoruba chants to Igbo chants was incredible! She totally got me when she sang the Igbo praise and worship song, Chineke idi mma.
After the chants, the real gbedu began! The dances, the food, the music… Mama Mia, it was more than spectacular. Lowkey wishing we could go back to this day 😩.
In attendance, we had several notable guests like the founder of City People magazine, Seye Kehinde; Our Director, Mr Seun Soyinka; The founder of Global Excellence Magazine, Lord Mayor Akinpelu; The former Commissioner of Information and Culture of Lagos State, Steve Ayorinde; Nigeria’s foremost creative arts designer, Pat Nebo; The MD/CEO of HIP TV, Ayo Animashaun; The MD/CEO of Adekaz Films, Kazeem Adesoji Adeoti; The famous comedian, Bayegun Oluwatoyin (popularly known as Woli Arole); The CEO of Sodium Group, Abisoye Fagade; The popular comedian, Gbenga Adeyinka, The CEO of Digital Interactive Media, Sola Fajobi (Solar), The MD/CEO of Impact Direct, Henry Alade, The talented Ikorodu Bois, to name a few. Some of these guests, including his adorable children and the team at KAPHub had the opportunity to say a few words expressing their love to our CEO, which of course left a few teary eyes in the room.
I’ll just say this, you need to watch the videos because words can’t do justice to how amazing this day was 😍.
